The aforementioned “New Website” is in reference to an internet website which prior to the date of the requesting party’s initial deposit and schedule must not have been in existence. The promotional offer is restricted to the development of a new website only. Refurbishments, reconstructions, updates, graphical changes, content changes, structural changes or any other service not described as “new website” will not be covered by this promotion or document.
A new website will be described as any website project that, on the starting build date, the online file folder directed as the final foundation site for the new website will consist of (0) HTML, ASP, JSP, PHP, Flash, Javascript or any other programming language file resting in place unless they are the default files placed into the server by the hosting company. Such default files must not be upgraded services selected by the customer that go above and beyond what is required to set in place a generic hosting server.
I’llume Design, LLC has the right to define any files already placed into the file server before acceptance of this promotional qualifier. I’llume Design, LLC has detailed and described web services in the “services” section of the company website located at;

The business cards will be 2” x 3.5”, 14pt glossy card stock with Auqueous outer coating for UV protection. This promotion allows for full color on both sides of the cards. Cards must be ordered through I’llume design, LLC, no (0) third party printing, manufacturing or development will be honored through this promotion. Third party designs will be honored and allowed only if they fit within the structure detailed in this paragraph.
If in the event that a substitution is warranted for product or service, it will be limited to only that which is reserved as printing.
All substitutions will be on a one to one cost comparison basis which only I’llume Design, LLC is privy to the intimate details of. Substitutions are limited and subject to denial by I’llume Design, LLC for any reason.
